🛠️ Installation & Usage Notes

  • Turn the vehicle off, insert the SD card into the navigation SD slot (typically in the centre console or glove box).

  • Restart the system and allow a few minutes for new map data to load.

  • If the system doesn’t recognise the card or still shows the older version, you might have a different nav hardware variant (e.g., COMAND HDD), compatibility must be confirmed.

  • Keep your original map card as a backup, as this is a map‑data update only (hardware must already be installed).

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched same day.

FREE Shipping: Orders over ÂŁ50 comes with free shipping.

Next Day Delivery: Royal Mail (UK only: Next working day delivery if ordered before 2pm).

Standard Shipping: (UK/EU: 2-7 business days. Please note; International orders may take a bit longer).

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return you must first contact us: info@driveprosatnav.com stating the reason for the return.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@driveprosatnav.com to request a Return. Once your return has been approved, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  After we have processed the refund please note that card companies may take up to 5 working days to credit your account.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a card, please give as much info as possible when requesting a return. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement, exchange or refund.

We only handle cases of damage or incorrect items within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
